Light Up the City: December 2012

We are challenging our entire city to come TOGETHER this year and to do TWO things… to make it extra special for the kids, especially the BRAVE ones battling childhood cancer…

1) Decorate your home for the holidays, whether it be 1 strand or 100 strands of lights. Get outside with your neighbors and help one another out. Let’s Light Up this City!!

2) Make DONATION... - you can make a $10 Donation and receive a sign to place in your yard. If you have a sign from 2011 you can make a donation to the CAN for KIDS or bring new toys to be donated. 100% of proceeds will bless families at the Sacramento Ronald McDonald House, who will be spending Christmas in the hospital with their child.

THANK YOU

THANK YOU ROCKLIN!!! We are excited to make our delivery tomorrow to the Ronald McDonald House. Because of all your donations we were able to buy each of the 18 families a movie night gift pack with a blanket, Polar Express movie, Starbucks money, hot coco, and popcorn. We also bought the house some needed supplies. We will also be delivering over 100 toys that parents will be able to wrap and give to their child at Christmas!! Thank you all for BLESSING others this Christmas!! We hope you have a blessed Christmas!!

The Season has Begun!!!

It's December and that means LIGHT UP THE CITY is now in full effect!! We hope everyone is getting up their lights and prepping for the Christmas Season ahead!! We still have signs for $10 and are taking donations of toys! We will be out at Pebble Creek (the street of lights) this Friday night (the 7th)!! Bring your toys or cash and look for us part way through the loop. Let's help make this Christmas a SPECIAL one for the families at our Ronald McDonald House who will be spending Christmas with their child in the hospital!!
