MERRY CHRISTMAS

Merry Christmas ALL!! Hope you all have a wonderful day with your family and friends!! Thanks for all your help this season! We had a wonderful drop off today at the Ronald McDonald house! We were very excited to bless the families there! Thanks to their wonderful staff we got a tour and were able to see just how they run the house! It's an amazing place!! Can't wait to see what next year brings!!

We have had a blessed season with Light Up the City!!  Today we will be be buying gifts for all the families!!  With all your support we were able to make up 18 goodies bags for the families.  They will each get $50 worth of gift cards as well as many other goodies (thank you family members for some wonderful donations)!!  We will also be delivering a large gift basket to the entire house as well as 109 beanie babies (thank you Weidoff family) to the kids!!  We collected over $250 dollars that will be given to the house to buy necessary items that they need!!!  THANK YOU ROCKLIN!!!  WAY TO LIGHT UP THE CITY FOR THE KIDS!!!
We will be delivering at the Sacramento Ronald McDonald house tomorrow at NOON!!!

RUHKALA SIGN DISTRIBUTION

If your kids go to RUHKALA elementary school and you want to help support families at the Ronald McDonald house, we will have signs for sale after school on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Look for the mom on campus with a bike trailer full of signs!!  She'll get you one for $10!!!

We will also be out at the Park and Ride at the start of the Pebble Creek loop of Lights on Friday night the 16th from 6-9pm!!  Bring your $10 donation and we will get you a sign!  Our last batch of signs has arrived and we want to get you one before they are gone!  If you can't make Friday night you can email and we will make arrangements to get you one...(lvandenakker@viedu.org)

Light Up the City on the News!!

Watch Channel 13 news at 5 and 10 tonight (Sunday)!  There will be a story about Light Up the City at one of those times!  If you still need a sign you can email us (lvandenakker@viedu.org) and we will get you one this week!

If you want to HELP...this is the WEEKEND to do it!!!

There are a couple ways to get a sign this weekend....FRIDAY NIGHT...head over to Ruhkala Elementary's craft fair from 5-9pm! There will be a booth with signs! We will also be out on Pebble Creek street of lights from 7-9pm SATURDAY night! Come enjoy a nice evening walk with your family and grab a sign!!  You will find us on a driveway toward the back of the loop.  Look for lots of little ones waiving signs!  Please help to spread the word throughout ROCKLIN!!!

TOMORROW AFTERNOON...sign distribution at Ruhkala Elementary from 2:20-3:30! We will be parked out front! Signs will also be for sale at the Ruhkala Craft Boutique on Friday evening from 5-9 pm!! Signs are a $10 donation!! It's exciting to see how much we will be blessing families at the Ronald McDonald house this year!!

MORE SIGNS....

NEW SIGNS JUST ARRIVED!!  Hurry and get yours, we've almost sold half of them!!  If you ordered one this weekend you will have it in your yard Tuesday or Wednesday!!  Next distribution will be Wednesday afternoon from 2:20-3:30. We will be in front of Ruhkala Elementary School.  We will be parked on the street and will have the signs in the back of the car.  Look for a silver expedition!!  Come by after school pick-up!

AWESOME MORNING!!

We had a great morning out at Starbucks!  The Pebble Creek/Cobblestone area is becoming covered in signs!  Keep spreading the word. We have already sold 25 of the signs that haven't even been delivered yet!! We are almost half way through our next batch of 100 signs!! Please let us know if you want one, you can email us and we can find a time to have you pick one up! We'll be out again next weekend! Keep your eye out for times and location! AWESOME JOB ROCKLIN!!
